Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to our guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize our computerized hotel system to process guest details and ensure accurate billing charges.
- Ensure daily takings are balanced and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Deal with guest queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth departure for our guests.
- Adapt your communication style to suit a variety of situations, ensuring our guests receive a personalized experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a customer-facing position is desirable, but full training will be provided.
- GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
Hours of Work:
39 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, working between 7am - 10pm, including some weekends, on a rota basis.
Salary:
Age 16 - 17: £8.20 per hour
Age 18 - 20: £9.65 per hour
Age 21+: £11.54 per hour
