Role Overview

We are in search of an Enterprise Account Executive dedicated to engaging with middle market and enterprise clients at Stripe. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective clients to stimulate growth and drive revenue.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee a specified portfolio of accounts and devise strategies to enhance business with middle market and enterprise organizations.
  • Execute outbound initiatives to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Facilitate contract renewals and lead negotiations to maximize revenue and expand market presence.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with various internal teams to advance sales efforts.
  • Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving the sales process and refining operational strategies.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to support and evolve Stripe's overarching business objectives.

We seek a proactive sales professional capable of engaging in both technical and business discussions across all organizational levels. Ideal candidates will have experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients, strong analytical capabilities, and a consultative sales approach. Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the technology sector, demonstrating a track record of success.

  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a keen interest in technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with a rapidly growing technology firm.
  • Background in sales within the financial services sector.
