Handle Recruitment is in search of a dynamic sales professional to join a leading B2B media and events organization, focusing on their premier event and promoting the hosted buyer initiative.

As a B2B Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engaging in direct sales and facilitating event registrations via telephone with a diverse range of existing and prospective clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service in addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Upgrading registered participants to VIP status and proactively identifying new VIP candidates.
  • Achieving and surpassing established KPIs while diligently monitoring your performance metrics.
  • Maintaining precise records of client information and ensuring the confidentiality and security of this data.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Immediate availability to commence work
  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Capability to work remotely while being accessible for occasional office visits
  • Experience in sales, particularly within the B2B sector
  • Proficiency in engaging with senior executives in a corporate setting
  • Confidence in meeting and exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Excel and Word
