Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the support functions necessary for effective project and program execution. This position involves daily administrative support, data management, and reporting, ensuring that project delivery teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will be an essential part of the project delivery framework, tasked with various responsibilities that require precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the accurate execution of project support processes to empower our teams in delivering projects that meet client expectations, fostering trust and reliability. Delivery & Administration: Manage configuration item (CI) creation and updates, as well as work order management on behalf of project managers. Maintain core business applications, including project updates and status reporting, to support project teams effectively. Initiate & Plan: Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for order completion. Oversee shipping duties to ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining communication with clients to confirm successful transactions. Communication: Update internal systems and third-party tools promptly to facilitate efficient operations. Assist project team members in processing client requests accurately, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Data Management & Reporting: Generate standard weekly and monthly reports, collaborating with stakeholders to create ad-hoc reports as needed. Wellbeing: Assess workloads for yourself and colleagues, identifying solutions and providing support when necessary. Personal Development & Innovation: Seek opportunities to contribute to broader business initiatives and pursue personal training and development to enhance innovation. Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Strong verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders. A customer-centric approach. Professional demeanor, with a positive and confident attitude. Highly self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure. Committed to delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Office 365 applications, including Planner. Experience in data entry and management, preferably with Dynamics 365. Familiarity with reporting tools and methodologies. Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be required based on the role's demands.
