Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the support functions essential for effective project and program execution. This position is responsible for daily administrative project assistance, data management, and reporting as required by project teams and managers. You will be an integral part of the project delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the precise execution of project support processes to enable project teams to meet client expectations, fostering trust and reliability.
  • Project Administration: Manage configuration item creation, work order updates, and maintain core business applications for project managers and teams. Assist in evaluating and improving business processes.
  • Initiation & Planning: Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for order completion and oversee timely shipping duties to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Communication: Update internal systems and third-party tools promptly to facilitate operational efficiency. Assist team members in processing client requests accurately.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate standard weekly and monthly reports, collaborating with stakeholders to create ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Workplace Wellbeing: Assess workload risks and provide support to colleagues during challenging times.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be required based on role demands.
