Project Coordinator - 6 Month FTC
Job Overview:
Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in enabling the team to effectively manage the various support functions essential for successful project and program execution. This position is accountable for daily administrative project assistance, logistical responsibilities, and data governance, along with periodic and ad-hoc reporting as necessitated by the project delivery teams and managers. You will be a vital component of the project delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to the following:
  • Client Satisfaction: You will ensure the precise execution of project support processes, empowering our project teams to meet customer expectations, thereby establishing our business as a reliable partner to all clients.
  • Project Delivery & Administration: You will oversee the creation and updating of configuration items (CIs), manage work orders on behalf of project managers, and update essential business applications related to forecasting, project statuses, and RAG updates as required. Additionally, you will assist project teams in assessing current and new business processes and provide necessary support and coordination services.
  • Initiation & Planning: You will guarantee that the sales team supplies adequate information to finalize sales orders. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely delivery of products to the correct locations through daily shipping tasks and confirming successful deliveries with clients.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for timely updates to internal business applications and third-party software tools, enabling operational stakeholders to perform their tasks effectively. Assisting project team members in processing customer requests accurately will also be part of your role.
  • Data Management & Reporting: You will generate standard weekly and monthly reports, collaborating with key stakeholders and project delivery teams to develop and produce ad-hoc reports as necessary.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be required due to the nature of the role.
