Role Overview:
The Project Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of projects and programs. This position is responsible for providing daily administrative support, managing shipping tasks, and ensuring data integrity and governance. You will be a vital member of the project delivery team, tasked with various responsibilities that require precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the accurate execution of project support processes to empower project teams in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Project Administration: Manage configuration item (CI) creation and updates, as well as work order management for project managers. Update essential business applications related to forecasting and project status as required.
  • Planning & Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for order completion. Oversee shipping duties to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain timely updates to internal systems and third-party tools, assisting project teams in processing client requests efficiently.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate standard weekly and monthly reports, collaborating with stakeholders to develop ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Workplace Wellbeing: Assess workload risks and provide support to colleagues when necessary.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility may be required based on role demands.
