Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Hybrid working arrangement

Job Type: Temporary contract (12 months)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for managing the planning activities for a dedicated portfolio of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with local, regional, and global offices across the business
  • Report directly to the Planning Manager and manage the planning activities for a dedicated portfolio of materials
  • Plan, order, and monitor the supply and distribution of products
  • Manage Stock Transfer Orders from affiliate sites
  • Optimize the inventory and availability of products
  • Execute the global allocation plan for critical ingredients
  • Work on preventive actions with local, regional, and global stakeholders to reduce risk exposure
  • Participate in critical review meetings
  • Ensure alignment, communication, and follow-up within the organization
  • Work in a methodical and structured way with a focus on customer needs and service
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with different stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Supply chain, chemical, engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in global/regional planning or Supply Chain function
  • Supply Chain expertise with End-to-End process understanding
  • Working experience in FMCG an asset
  • SAP knowledge, BI, BOA tools, advanced Excel knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail
