**Business Operations Coordinator - Supply Chain Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our Sales Teams, customers, and Finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers, including Sector Managers.
  • Attend customer and business meetings/calls to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and business queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Regularly engage with Sector Managers to discuss actions in support of both business and customer activities.
  • Work proactively to improve the customer experience by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular sales, product, pricing, and delivery reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing, buying lists, product substitutions, and discounts in line with customer and business requirements.
  • Align internal buying lists with customer and 3rd party ordering systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and correct IMS issues for ESI customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update promotional pricing activity to reflect changing business needs.
  • Order and organize sales and promotional samples to support customer engagement.
  • Provide buddy cover when required to ensure continuity of service.
  • Work with Sector Managers to set up nominated lines and ensure accurate product allocation.
  • Assist with product recalls, collate allergen information, and customer allocations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Highly IT literate with expertise in MS Office (Excel).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, pressurized team environment.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
