Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Countywide Business Support Team as a Business Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide support to the Operational Support Services Team, assisting in the smooth running of the service and working flexibly to support other areas of Countywide Services when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Operational Support Services Team, including data collation and inputting, and tracking and processing invoices for payment.
- Assist in the smooth running of the service, including prioritizing work, demonstrating flexibility, and bringing new ideas to the team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, using excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.
- Work well under pressure, multitasking and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of the service, shaping future business support and making a positive impact on the team.
- Computer literate with experience of using a range of IT systems and packages.
- Strong Excel skills and experience of tracking and processing invoices for payment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a busy team.
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel on occasions for meetings and training.
