Job Title: Supply Chain Support Coordinator

Brakes, a leading foodservice provider, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Support Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based at the Ashford office and report directly to the Supply Chain Support Desk Manager.

The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for internal Supply Chain queries from various stakeholders across the business. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Supply Chain support desk mailbox and phone lines, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders to build trust and confidence in the Supply Chain team.
  • Assist in achieving Supply Chain and Service targets by processing order amendments, substitutions, and managing large orders.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:

  • Good understanding of SAP and ability to work with various stakeholders.
