The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will be the single point of contact for internal Supply Chain queries from various stakeholders across the business. The primary objective is to provide clear and concise information on these queries while proactively offering up-to-date information on current issues.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Supply Chain support desk mailbox and phone lines.
- Understanding and prioritizing issues to ensure resolution targets are achieved.
- Running daily reporting for Supply Chain to support service delivery.
- Ensuring communication is clear and concise when sharing information with customers.
- Building relationships with customers and maintaining confidence between Supply Chain and key stakeholders.
- Assisting in reaching Supply Chain and Service targets by processing order amendments, substitutions for key customers, and managing large orders and forecast insight.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge or experience of Supply Chain, although not essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of SAP.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, demanding, and pressurized environment.
- The ability to handle a lot of data/calls and prioritize workload.
- People-oriented skills.
- The ability to work with all stakeholders in the business.
