We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Support Specialist to join our team at Contract Personnel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Key Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' sales teams, including:

  • Acting as the central point of contact for product support, contract, and forecast follow-ups
  • Regularly interacting with key account managers, retail, customer service, and supply chain departments to gain internal support for customers
  • Providing periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customized reports for internal use and for the customer
  • Maintaining retailer's product management systems
  • Proactively supporting account managers by analyzing customer files, market data, product portfolios, and preparing customer meetings
  • Monitoring, preparing, and following up on tender applications and quotations
  • Translating topics from supply chain/purchasing to illustrate sales impact

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree or relevant experience, with 5 years of experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work easily with new IT systems and have an advanced level of Excel knowledge.
