Key Account Support Role

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide exceptional Key Account Support to our clients' Sales Teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be comfortable carrying out the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for product support, contract, and forecast follow-ups.
  • Regularly interact with key account managers, retail, customer service, and supply chain departments to gain internal support for customers.
  • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customized reports for internal use and for the customer.
  • Maintain retailer's product management systems.
  • Proactively support account managers by analyzing customer files, market data, product portfolios, and preparing customer meetings.
  • Monitor, prepare, and follow up on tender applications and quotations.
  • Translate topics from Supply Chain/Purchasing to illustrate sales impact.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • A Master's degree or relevant experience.
  • 5-year experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role.
  • Building reports and analyzing data is a core skill.
  • Proficiency in new IT systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Customer contact and delivering service are top priorities. A commercial, client-focused mindset is essential.
  • Proactive and able to think on an international (group) level.
  • Eager to learn, develop, and be developed. Adaptable in an evolving business context.
  • Flexible and a multitasker, able to manage complexity.
  • Thinks in a solution and process-oriented way, embracing change with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A positive attitude about the company's future and a passion for winning, with the right motivation to obtain results.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
