Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced account support professional to join our sales support team. As a Key Account Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our key accounts. You will work closely with our account managers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts
  • Work closely with account managers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive sales
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to gain insights and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of sales processes
  • Coordinate reporting related projects and communicate with customers on various topics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role
  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus
