Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our Product Supply team at Brakes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing stock and its availability to ensure achievement of company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process internal and external purchase orders in line with ERP platform requirements.
  • Maintain company-owned stock and end-to-end service levels.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Report on issues impacting KPIs.
  • Monitor supplier performance levels and stock holding/stock values.
  • Build long-term solutions to resolve issues in your SKU group.
  • Evaluate and take necessary action for pre-generated reports.
  • Achieve set KPIs on customer availability at point of order (FTA) and availability at point of delivery (DSL).
  • Minimize waste and ensure it is within business targets.
  • Work closely with a portfolio of external suppliers.
  • Attend supply meetings as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Supply Chain Planner role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of SAP systems.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload.
