Supply Chain Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Support Desk Coordinator to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal stakeholders.
As the single point of contact for all internal Supply Chain queries, you will be the go-to person for providing clear and concise information on current issues. Your proactive approach will ensure that our customers receive up-to-date information and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Supply Chain support desk mailbox and phonelines, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
- Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently, meeting resolution targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain daily reporting for Supply Chain, supporting service excellence and driving business results.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and confidence in our Supply Chain team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Supply Chain and Service targets, including order amendments and substitutions for key customers.
