Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supply Chain support desk mailbox and phone lines, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Understand and prioritize issues, ensuring resolution targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Run daily reporting for Supply Chain to support service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders, maintaining confidence and trust in our Supply Chain operations.
  • Assist in reaching Supply Chain and Service targets, including order amendments, substitutions, and large order management.
