Enrolment Officer

Join Total Training Provision as an Enrolment Officer and play a vital role in the onboarding process for learners and employers onto qualifications using our online learning platform eassessor.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support the day-to-day administration of the onboarding process. As an Enrolment Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with employers and learners to ensure eligibility for requested programmes of learning and conducting initial interviews with prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Support all learner enrolment activities, ensuring accurate completion of funding paperwork.
- Conduct pipeline coordination, maintaining records and periodically reporting on onboarding status.
- Manage your own diary, plan travel time, and update on changes that may impact future appointments.
- Support induction days to minimize processing time for eligible learners.
- Validate paperwork and contact learners and/or employers to support eligibility assessment and resolution of queries.
- Collate data on stakeholder expectations and identify potential risks to escalate to the Line Manager.
- Undertake regular professional development activities to maintain CPD status.
- Ensure timely processing, logging, and issue of learner paperwork/certification.
- Prior experience in onboarding and a proven track record in delivering strong client service.
- Ability to build and cultivate good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident, driven, and self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer focus and relationship management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT proficiency with experience in educational databases and a commitment to supporting cultures that embody positive change.
