Children Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the children and young people in our care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of children's residential care services. As a Children Residential Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that the care and support provided to the children and young people in our care is of the highest standard.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, and ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting the care staff, and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care staff and ensure that the care and support provided to the children and young people in our care is of the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team.
  • Supervise and support the care staff, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working in a children's residential care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the management team and other stakeholders.
