We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker & Senior Support Worker (Children's Residential), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.
- Enhanced DBS check and ability to provide at least two references covering the past two years.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

- A competitive hourly rate of £13.40 - £14.22 (depending on experience/qualifications).
