Children Residential Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the children and young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
