We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can work collaboratively with our team to achieve our aims and objectives. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a team of Support Workers, ensuring that our young residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and/or Deputy Home Manager to achieve the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our young residents.
  • Ensure that our young residents receive person-centered care that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • A minimum of Level 3 Residential Childcare and 12 months experience in a Senior Role or Level 3 Health and Social Care and 12 months experience in a Senior Role.
  • A warm, compassionate, and nurturing approach to working with young people.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
