Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Children's Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care - Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide safe care, support, and individualized care to young people's health, well-being, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent provision of safe care, support, and individualized care to young people's health, well-being, and development.
Support individualized care plans and manage challenging behavior.
Complete documentation while on shift.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months UK experience working with children or young adults in a care or community setting.
Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service.
Childcare/Healthcare qualification.
Ability to be compassionate and respectful, yet strong personality to handle challenging behavior and provide stable support.
Flexible and adaptable due to the fast-paced nature of agency work.
