Job Title: Residential Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Stourbridge. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice, assistance, and support to children and young people in your care
  • Support children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopt de-escalation techniques
  • Ensure each child/young person's care plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs
