Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedure are followed at all times.
  • Provide advice, assistance, and support to children and young people in your care.
  • Act as a positive role model to help them achieve their potential.
  • Support children/young people with challenging behaviour and adopt de-escalation techniques.
  • Ensure each child/young person's care plan is followed and amended as necessary to reflect their changing needs.
