Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children aged 8-18 in full-time residential care

  • Set boundaries for children and young people that may display challenging or emotional behaviour, while developing a relationship built on mutual trust
  • Contribute to the physical, social, and emotional well-being of the children, providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Hold a QCF (NVQ level 3) in Children & Young People, or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a DBS, ideally on the update system
  • A full driving licence with access to transport
