About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in Dudley. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support our young people with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Engage in activities that promote socialization, education, and personal development.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (preferred).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's award or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Driver's license (company-provided vehicle during working hours).
