Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Dudley. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support our young people in accessing community activities and outings.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and Autism.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Driver's license (company vehicle provided during working hours).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification (desirable).
