About the Role

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are seeking a warm, positive, and enthusiastic Relief Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in Dudley. The successful candidate will engage with service users, build trusting therapeutic relationships, and work within a structured approach to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.

The Relief Support Worker role offers the opportunity to work in an environment that challenges and encourages personal and professional development. As a Relief Support Worker, you will visit service users in their own homes or in other settings, providing respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.
