Waking Nights Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in Dudley. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to our young people, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Engage in activities that promote socialization, education, and personal development.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Driver's license (company vehicle provided).
