Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide 1:1 support to children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Encourage and support children to participate in activities, such as education, leisure, and therapy
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive environment
