We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our young people, promoting their independence, and encouraging their participation in activities and therapies. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and participation in activities and therapies.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements
  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Driver's license (company provides a car during working hours).
