We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in the West Midlands. As a key member of our Children's Residential Care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people in our care.

About the Role

  • Provide person-centered care and support to children and young people in our residential settings
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting
