About the Role:- Support young people between the ages of 5-18 with Learning/Physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism, and challenging behaviors.
- Work in a 6-bed Children's Residential service with a homely and friendly culture.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals.
- Provide support for personal care, medication, and daily living tasks.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of individual care plans, guidelines, and preferred methods of communication.
- Experience as a Children's Support Worker or in a similar social care setting is desirable.
- Must be a driver with a full driver's license and a car.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Empathetic and relatable person with good listening and communication skills.
- Free meals while on shift.
