We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in our Children's Residential setting in the West Midlands.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. You will work as part of a close-knit team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that promotes the well-being and development of all staff members

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
