We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in our Children's Residential setting in the West Midlands.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe and nurturing environment that enables our residents to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 - £14.22 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
