International Junior Account Manager - Luxury British Brand

Veblen International is on the lookout for an International Junior Account Manager to facilitate the expansion of our prestigious British brand in global markets. This role is pivotal in managing essential distributor and retailer partnerships, ensuring effective communication, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for distributor and retailer partnerships
  • Ensure accurate order processing and uphold data accuracy
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to guarantee timely deliveries
  • Generate weekly Orderbook reports and address any discrepancies
  • Support sales objectives and oversee back order management
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members
  • Work alongside credit control on payment-related issues
  • Uphold the brand's communication style and messaging
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an Account Executive or Customer Service capacity
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP software
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Thrives in collaborative settings and group discussions
