**Job Summary**

Major Players is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Account Manager to join their team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will report to an Account Director and assist in managing social content, from ideation through to production and implementation. You'll support with content and campaign briefs, and manage integrated campaigns across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to client briefs, conduct Q&A sessions, and coordinate internal resources to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Initiate and support in kicking-off meetings and manage project plans to meet client expectations.
  • Create cost estimates and scopes of work with senior support to ensure accurate project budgets.
  • Handle change requests and adjust plans accordingly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strategic understanding of clients' marketing and brand strategies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Brief and work with the production team from pre-production to delivery to ensure high-quality results.
  • Attend shoots and manage the integrated production process to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage internal resources and connect them to estimates to optimize project efficiency.

**Requirements:**

  • Passion for creativity, advertising, social media, and communications to drive innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate a passion for social media and leverage different channels for brand communication to engage target audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social channels and best practices to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
  • Experience in integrated campaign development to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Solution-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects under pressure to meet client expectations.
