About the Role

Cosmic Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Executive to join our team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing inbound leads and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up and close inbounds that are passed from the wider business development team in the SMB space.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound leads, understanding their current circumstances and articulating clearly the benefits of a new solution.
  • Conduct product demos to senior leadership, including HR and C-Level executives, to accurately show the product in line with their specific requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure new clients are smoothly boarded onto the software and set up for success.
  • Consistently hit and achieve targets set by the senior management team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM to provide clear insights into the sales function's performance.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience in a B2B closing role, with a strong track record of performance against quota.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record in an early-stage start-up, able to lead deals from the front and bring in relevant internal teams as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with top executives.
  • A strong work ethic, with a good attitude and a passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

  • A competitive salary of up to £40k, with a £15k OTE and higher OTE in Year 2.
