Position Overview:

Are you prepared to contribute to the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape? Quantinuum is on the lookout for an exceptional Strategic OEM Sales Executive to propel our growth through channel partnerships during a transformative phase in the industry.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with promoting the Quantinuum cybersecurity product suite to esteemed channel partners as an integrated solution. Your responsibilities will include initiating, proposing, and finalizing strategic distribution and licensing agreements. The primary focus will be on acquiring new channels and enhancing our offerings with current partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize OEM embedded joint solutions with top-tier providers in security, networking, and cloud sectors.
  • Achieve revenue targets and quotas for embedded channel sales while cultivating a robust pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans for embedding our products within leading vendors and solution providers.
  • Identify and comprehend the go-to-market strategies, requirements, and challenges, crafting mutually beneficial business solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the account's executive decision-making and purchasing processes, mapping stakeholders to Quantinuum representatives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to generate demand and interest.
  • Build and maintain extensive networks with C-Suite decision-makers, advocates, and various influencers within your target channel accounts.
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in quota-carrying software sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years in successful OEM sales, embedding software or hardware into vendor solutions.
  • Must possess work authorization that does not require future visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Extensive networking within the networking, security, or cloud sectors.
  • Proven success in managing and closing complex, lengthy sales cycles, with the ability to articulate and lead intricate sales processes.
  • Experience in securing strategic OEM partnerships with joint technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the network security landscape and associated technologies.
  • Track record of meeting quotas through consultative sales, particularly in multi-year and subscription-based services.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with enterprise C-suite executives, fostering consensus among the buying team.
Compensation & Benefits:
