Executive Assistant and Office Manager

At The Commercialiser, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior executives and managing our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage our world-class consulting and training events delivered by our Negotiation Team for our senior executive clients and large enterprises, ensuring the value experience we deliver delights our clients and surpasses their expectations.
- Manage and lead ad-hoc growth special projects (e.g. internationalisation, process building, support with early stages of the recruiting process, provide cover and support for other unfilled roles if necessary).
- Provide uncompromising reliability, attention to detail, C-level communication skills, office and events management skills, and the ability to represent our values and company culture on all operational and client representation matters.
- Passion, excitement, and high energy - we want to have fun together building the business
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple demands, and be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the team.
- Ability to work independently, drive own targets, with no supervision and as part of a team
- Ability to travel internationally
- Flexibility to work weekends to accommodate the CEO's schedule when necessary
- Reporting directly to CEO: quick opportunity for progression to business unit leading roles based on skills and interests (COO, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager)
- Flexible working hours based on person's needs and preferences (family, school runs, personal interests, circadian rhythms, preferences, etc.)
- International travel (ad-hoc)
- Flexible working locations
- Dynamic work week (i.e. two weekly days off are not always Saturday - Sunday; based on CEO's travel schedule)
- After passing probation: opportunities for paid personal development trainings to enhance one's mindfulness, wellbeing, and life experience (Transcendental Meditation or other mindfulness practices)

In this process, you will be given a large degree of trust (e.g. we assume you'll be completely honest and do the right thing for us and our stakeholders), operational freedom (e.g. working flexibly in terms of time and locations), and business critical responsibility upfront (e.g. end-to-end project leadership from ideation to completion) until you give us a reason to remove any of the above - which, should it happen, will result in the position being terminated.
