Great opportunity for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join a growing Renewable Energy development company to support the Senior Leadership Team.


The company is going through a fast period of growth which will mean a varied role day-to-day. A candidate with previous experience within a renewable energy, construction or engineering business would be desirable, although personality fit and the ability to be adaptable within a changing business is vital.


About the role:

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to)


  • Office Management: diary management, preparing action trackers, meeting minutes and actions, general data management and filing systems, expenses and general support to office staff – Land, Planning and Technical Teams;
  • Branding and Marketing: standardisation of all documentation both internal and external, preparation of presentation material;
  • Communications: maintaining and updating the website, creating new websites, media monitoring of the energy industry, reaching out to Key Stakeholders to arrange meetings
  • Recruitment: when required, to assist in preparing relevant Job Description and screening candidates, arranging interviews.
  • Research: assist the land and planning teams with effective research of Councils and other parties.


Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Relevant Experience

  • 3 years’ experience of working as an Office Manager with experience in branding, marketing, communications and recruitment.


Skills and Aptitude


  • Broad experience to cover management, marketing, communications and recruitment;
  • Be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm;
  • Effective interpersonal skills;
  • Be Organised;
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Excellent written and administration skills;
  • Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent at management and production of company material.


Working Conditions:


  • Monday – Friday – standard working hours are 9am – 5.30pm.
  • Office based role with flexibility provided
