Zachary Daniels is pleased to be partnering with a retail and manufacturing business in their search for a Property Administrator to support the property team at their Head Office in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will provide an exceptional administration function for the property team, supporting the achievement of targets for the UK Portfolio of stores and manufacturing factory as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property documentation and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the management of incoming mail and correspondence to the team email address.
  • Communicate effectively with Regional Retail Management teams on behalf of the property team.
  • Prepare and present reports on measurable team workload to inform business decisions.
  • Assist the Property team with landlord contact and property repairs.
  • Support the Head of Property with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Administer invoices and contracts in accordance with the property SLA.
  • Provide documentation and data to external consultants as required.
  • Coordinate the distribution of tender documentation to select Contractors.
  • Liaise with Store Staff to facilitate Contractor access.
  • Monitor and analyze timesheet data from Team Staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with facilities management, property management, or within a maintenance contractor.
  • Knowledge of contract law and property contracts.
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in administrative software.

Zachary Daniels can offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience for the Property Administrator position.
