Conveyancing Paralegal
Overview:
We are a small friendly but busy practice based on the beautiful Ayrshire coast and are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring legal compliance throughout the process.
Conveyancing Paralegal Duties:
* Manage conveyancing transactions
* Conduct property searches and investigate titles
* Prepare and review Offers, missives, and other legal documents
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents to coordinate transactions
* Provide legal advice on property matters
* Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Conveyancing Paralegal Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent IT skills for managing digital documents and databases
* Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type accurately and quickly
