What We're Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our Commercial Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process internal and external enquiries via online portals.
- Provide technical assistance and support to the Commercial Sales team.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain relevant databases.
- Support Managers and Directors in their daily tasks.
- Maintain and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.
- Provide administrative support to customers in technical matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers' technical problems.
- Continually maintain and manage the back-office Networks System to ensure it is appropriately developed and connected.
- Liaise with partners and organize online payment options to ensure they are correctly set up on relevant back-office systems.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, grammar, and communication skills.
- Competent in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Comfortable with web-based back-office systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with a pleasant, professional, and proficient demeanor.
