Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Coyle Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our payments and billing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries from Adult social care clients regarding their care invoices.
  • Check information for accuracy prior to invoices being sent.
  • Liaise with families, care providers, clients, and their representatives using a variety of communication methods.
  • Experience of IT systems, including word and excel.
  • Good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate appropriately.
  • Attention to detail and ability to check data carefully.

Working Arrangements: The role is office-based in Bootle during the training period and then one day per week minimum. This is a contract role where the role can be extended further or terminated earlier due to performance or budgets.
