**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people in our care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide emotional and physical support to young people in our care
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individual care plans
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £26,000
* Additional £70 per sleep
* Overtime paid at an enhanced rate
* Rota'd hours between 8am-11pm and alternate weekend working

* Fully funded training and ongoing professional development

**Requirements**

* Experience working with young people in children's homes, care leavers, youth justice, or similar settings
* Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people, residential settings, and developing independence
* Emotional and physical resilience to work with challenging behaviors
