Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker & Senior Support Worker (Children's Residential), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.
  • Enhanced DBS check and ability to provide references covering the past two years.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
