Job Title: Support Worker - Independent Living

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at People Plus Independent Living Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including domestic duties, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Support clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in leisure activities
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe living environment
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS check required
